During the time I was a customer, Top to Bottom Lawn rarely (if ever) returned phone calls/emails.

I closed my account in September 2009. Since then, they've billed me two times for services (mowing/weedeating) never rendered.

Then-they send my account to collections for theft! It would be one thing to have been charged for a service that was actually performed, even if I had closed the account. But this? Once again, I have received no return phone calls or emails from Top to Bottom.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

Don't use this company. Once you close your account, T& B will keep it open and they will bill you for services you never received.

Monetary Loss: $60.
